No Valuable projects. No Learnings They project themselves as consulting firm but in reality its just a staffing firm which staff people for different clients and then forget about them. Managers don't have any spine to take stand for the consultants in case if client chronically misbehaves. No Robust KRAs are in place which leads to extreme exploitation from client side.

The company has an open and helpful environment. Folks are open to help and support in case of project challenges. Great projects lined up with some esteemed clients.

Salary is on the lower end of consulting. Additionally they withhold salary if timesheets are not filled up on time. Low interaction with team leads.

Flat organisation as they can themselves is a scam as you work for a client thus no interaction within firm, no support, no documentation or learning content available, so it is as good as a contract job where they will hire you and then will talk to next time when your client project is over and they want you to start new biling.
