Overusage of local language in meetings/HR events Constant change in client requirements, BAs are not clear as well Over dependence on one client. Sales team needs to do better.

Work is interesting for the first few months in Dev. Then it's all the same. Outdated technologies/copy pasted use cases in all projects

I have worked three companies, but I never faced such politics in movement , appraisal and promotions. Their policy very worst and , they won't give any variable pay if u left the company even after completion of one year.

Dislikes

it will give worst experience in learning and growth. Company policy kills employee growth. Many of them working without appraisal and movement.. Both manager and HR are sameline. They treat employee like anything.
