My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. My workplace is onsite, not much sure what goes in their offices, but from what I heard from people around me its a job-secure company. If you are not on, or out of assignments, they won't fire you. They will try to set you up in other oppurtunities for reasonable amount of time. Salaries and bonuses on time. Good learning and training infrastructure, a lot for free.
