It's a really good opportunity for a fresher to start his/her career, teammates rather people here are very helpful, they directly put you on major projects so you can an excellent opportunity to learn new things, you're exposed to many use case scenario which you'd probably never face if you're working with a larger group.

Only con in that opportunity to switch is very less as compared to other job profiles

Joined as a software engineer which needed me to do daily task as scratch development sometimes modification and sometimes learning new technology to be with the latest trends. Did few important projects that helped me a lot to learn new things about work

People need more development projects than support. I think they only look at communication skills in interview whereas they should look at communication skills, technical skills, behavioural check, etc proper level of evaluation. There are people playing politics due to which it is having bad impact on company.
