Due to my lead was good I got to learn so much in project, he helped and supported me. Its WFH.
Management is worst. Important cons is job is not secured, if they hired you today they can lay you off withing a week as well because they are changing project structure. Due to project restructuring they have laid off 80% people from the company who were working sincerely. Now they are only hiring people from Us or canada, not from india anymore.

The Management which is least bothered about employees and their well being, HR team is top on all of this and since they are close with Management their AI responses during firing is a good humour. All positive reviews you find here and every site is from old timers pushed by their DU's and HR's else nothing is true.
CEO & CTO are non available. Management & HR family bonding is worse in killing people. No worklife balance No projects Management does not even know who works in the project and what work they do but they end up questioning status alone and show higher up the team is not performing. All 5 star reviews are fake --There are no pros—any so-called "pros" only benefit them. For example, they promise permanent WFH, but you’ll end up working 24/7. They don’t even give you any company swag, and forget about getting an office laptop—they won’t provide that either.
It is not a company; it’s a family business run by the workspace admin and her husband. You'll always feel under pressure, and you won’t even get time for yourself. They will tear you apart, both mentally and emotionally. In the first six months, they will assign you a trainer who doesn’t even know basic programming. He will shout at you, make fun of you every day, and instead of training, he will demotivate you and disturb your mental peace. you will find your learning zero on spending months, You’ll be required to work at least 12-13 hours a day, and still, your work won’t be completed. If you get selected, I tell you as a friend: please think carefully before joining Thinkbridge. If you are a fresher, crack another company’s interview—don’t even consider joining Thinkbridge. If you join Thinkbridge, they will conduct interviews every 13 days and tests every 3 to 4 days. During the interviews, seniors will make fun of you if you aren’t able to answer their questions, and gossip about you to other interviewers. If you fail any interview, the workspace admin will communicate with you and insult your skill set. The people in charge will shout at you in front of everyone, making you feel dumb. There is no professionalism here. The people in charge make rules as they please and can fire you at any time. They treat you like a robot, assigning work on Saturdays, Sundays, and even on public holidays. They will also make you come to the office on Saturdays. There are no pros to working here. They will promise permanent WFH after 6 months of training, but this means you will be working 24/7 for them, so don’t fall for it. You have to give updates every 2 hours about what you plan to do in the next 2 hours. If you run into a problem and it takes more time than expected, your lead will scold you. There are no activities here except for discussions on "tumhari kaisi li jaye" They gather meetings for this after every interview. There are so many tasks in one day that you can't even finish them. Some of my colleagues have to sleep in the company for a week just to get the job done.
