Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

I started my career as an HR from this company. It has been a wonderful journey here. The colleagues were very professional. I learnt a lot of things here. A great place to start your career as a HR. They are patient teaching and very supportive.

Dislikes

I enjoyed my time here both learning and having fun. They welcomed me with open hands and did guide me my entire tenure. There is nothing I dislike about 'The career coach'.

The boss is completely manipulative. Doesn't acknowledge employee's performance. And the work culture is completely toxic. Always taunts for the salary. I worked there for 1.5 years but never got the respect in return. Seniors are not even polite to the juniors. Had a terrible experience from there.
