Discrimination based on gender. Terrible culture. No code of conduct. No professionalism. Politics: you would be praised only if you follow your reporting managers blindly. Nobody can take feedback, especially critical feedback. Insensitive and arrogant managers. You would be mentally tortured if you are a woman and the moment you anounce your pregnancy, there would be n number of reasons you would want to resign due to the most inhuman people/men you are working with. I think the best part of working with idreamcareer is its work culture and flexible work hours so there are times when i cant be present due to emergency or due to personal work but the team is always supportive of that other than this i think the pay scale for my profession is pretty good as compared to other companies and for me this define the standards of the a company. one thing more i want add is that i have been to other Ed-tech companies as a consumer and i observed that they are very sales oriented and look to make maximum profit from their customers but i haven't felt that air in idreamcareer cause i over heard a sales person talking to a customer. In the end I just want to say that every business is established to make profit but there are organizations that works not just to make profit but to impact millions of hearts and make that beautiful change in the world and idreamcareer is one of them because I saw it....Read More
