Overall as a company, iDreamCareer is one of the best places I have worked with so far. The company has an inclusive and maintained culture that will never make you feel excluded. A positive vibe, a happy and appreciative environment keep us positively motivated to work & contribute to the fullest. Team members and managers are understanding and support us. Time flexibility is there along with flexibility in the hybrid schedule. Your efforts get noticed and appreciated, even by the senior management itself. Upskilling programs & career clarity sessions are provided. The management is transparent with the employees even when it is about major decisions! Work-life balance is encouraged directly by the CEO himself - a big plus. Compensation & benefits are equally fair and salaries are processed always before the timeline. Parties/retreats/value sessions/fun activities keep happening at the workplace.

As a startup, all the processes and policies are getting streamlined steadily. So nothing as such to dislike about the organization.

1- Don't give salary, keep giving dates 2- The HR dept is not responsive. 3- New employers are given old leads and expected to bring results 4- irresponsive to calls and emails, and totally unaware 5- No transparency

Discrimination based on gender. Terrible culture. No code of conduct. No professionalism. Politics: you would be praised only if you follow your reporting managers blindly. Nobody can take feedback, especially critical feedback. Insensitive and arrogant managers. You would be mentally tortured if you are a woman and the moment you anounce your pregnancy, there would be n number of reasons you would want to resign due to the most inhuman people/men you are working with. You would be asked to work for more than 12 hours a day and then even on weekends irrespective of your health conditions.
