Maybe job security but eventually people move out on their own out of frustration

Lot of office politics and back stabbing Puppet manager fully driven by French counterparts Biased management targetting picked engineers for no reason A gang of few people ruling the company including the Bangalore ECC head 1-2 managers run it like a factory setting asking people to come in case they have taken half day leave No clarity on next work in pipeline French team feels Bangalore is just a cost center and treat it like garbage dump when it comes to work and don't treat people respectfully.
