Work pressure is low Work life balance Task is divided between multiple team for only limited task Leaves are good Got 1000 rupee per month extra for food

Dislikes

After covid this the first company which ask employees to come office. Old employee don’t have to come office they can work from home. Pay scale is less as per market Task is divided between multiple team to learning is very less

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
