Likes

The leadership is quite friendly and accessible, and is open to new ideas. The rewards & recognition policy is also quite impressive. Salary may not be at par with industry standards but the benefits provided are quite good.

The work-life balance is often difficult to maintain owing to stringent timelines. Small teams is another factor contributing to high work pressure.
