On time salary, Job security.

Dislikes

Worst HRs & these guys needs to be more attentive. These guys really have to focus on corporate standards. please never postpone appraisal like your family vacation plan, at least listen for employee needs. stop playing politics. please consider that employees are not your salves they do have personal life. try to reduce work pressure, don't call by midnight 2 o clock.

not so great work, maximum projects are automation related there are only few projects which are development oriented. Consider this company as your last priority.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
