Dislikes
I wish that office had better infrastructure & Canteen services. However that does not concern me. I feel that appraisal system should value the consistent performance through out the year, not just the recent months. The hard work should be compensated with reasonable salary hike rather than awards & certificates. Manager should be more honest with employees.
