Non RAN background manager review RAN engineers, Teoco lacking to test it's employee knowledge regarding their work or DTDA. Performance should be monitored based on total problems resolved by an individual out of received in the year. Gravity of problems and time of resolution must not be ignored if there is no other dependency. Silent performers must be identified from each team. Team lead concept should be there in respective team who will distribute the works and will share consolidated update to manager.
