Canteen management could be done much better. They call it 5 days working but sometimes you might be called to work on 6th day as well, you get two consecutive week offs in a week but they are rotated.

The good thing is that they do not shy on spending money on employees. You'll have multiple team party funds provided in a same year, diwali gifts, snack parties in the office every month and much more.

Just like other call centers, there's favoritism problem that affects promotion and growth of deserving employees. Some people in the management have autonomy in the process making it difficult for people to raise their voice if something wrong is happening.
