Very bad experience with to No job security, if they don't require employees they just terminate them

Incentives are not provided on time and they terminate the employees if they don't have requirements then why they hire?

Dislikes

Worst experience .What was promised during interview the company is not providing that salary. Company only believe in hire and fire. Transport allowance are not paid. No work life balance.
