In this company there is no job security, you will be hired and they won’t tell you about the security of your job and suddenly process gets ramp down. I was informed this situation 1 day prior and they informed to find out other opportunities how is it possible to find the job in one month and they won’t move you to another process they did this with 40+ people. I repeat NO JOB SECURITY Save your life and career I had a stable job in my previous organisation I was hired as customer associate data In Revolut AML process in teleperformance with 45% hikr on last drawn CTC I was asked to join immediately as a result i couldn't serve the notice period and i have to pay the buyback price after a weak of Joining They asked to give MILESTONE (product knowledge test) and no proper training was provided as a result we couldn't clear the milestone and they asked us to leave the company on spot as they dont require us anymore without having a second thought that each employee has a family and house to run Pathetic company cluture no ethics Save your career and life dont join even though they will offer a good packag...Read More

If anyone markes more than a star believe me they are TP higher management. The likes are no job security they can kick u out with in a month of joining for not meeting ur production. 1 week training. No sick leave, no HR only (MR - Management Resources) who never care even if u die. They will just put lop. They just listen from u what are ur problems and they inform u to carry on with the same. There is nothing to be disliked in TP. The only dislike is still people are attending the interview of this company and they keep on destroying their future by just kicking them out with in 3,4 months. As there is pf entry for these months they are dead. Unable to join an other company. U can enjoy ur future there after. Pls stay together to do something to this. First they will hire you and you will be in training , the training also not provided upto mark , and after that they will say we will conduct one assessment or milestone and if u passed in that then only u will get salary and u will be continued to work . Why the .. on earth 1st they should inform regarding the assessment then no one will be joined this 3rd class client , and the work pressure is very bad the target is 26 cases and for each case it takes roughly 25 minutes . I did worked there for 2 months and I could not able to continue because of toxic work environment and manager Ravi <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. very much politics will go around no job security u will be thrown out of the company at any minute </mark>.The transport facility is terrible and the salary will be credited on 1st of each month and that do night 8.30 pm its so frustating to wait for salary each month .( DONT JOIN THE COMPANY IM BEGGING GUYSS )...Read More
