This place is the worst place to start your work with , there is no fixed guidelines, worst work culture, their is no growth curve in this company, and learning is null. If you join here you are probably risking your precious time of career being part of a company that provides you with no perks ,no learning and no future growth at all. All you will do is sit on a computer screen and draw drawings and edit word files with no advancements in your skills. They don't give the justified appraisals and will point out your work mistakes making you feel miserable. Also the salary is even less than a BPO call centre guys, they expect you to do hard work and give excellent outputs while they offer pennies as salary in return , there is no perks whatsoever you will have worst leaves policy while other companies offer 25-30 leaves a year which can be carried forward ,here you will only get 12(sick leave+ Casual leaves), no medical insurance is provided, no hard shift allowances and comp offs,no holidays on Indian festivals, no meals and even cabs. They don't want you to make friends on work place , all they want is that you work continuously, it is a rigorous 9 hours shift where you will hardly get time to eat your dinner properly, You have to stick to computer screen throughout the shift. Such tiring job with no potential growth and salary. You will be tricked and when you will join you will be tricked again so that you don't leave. They may extend notice period in between or may not explicitly tell you about the bonds that they have. If you are fresher avoid such companies, give yourself sometimes and enter a company with good work culture quite few perks ,medical insurance and lucrative salaries. Your mentally wellness, career growth and learnings matter which you will not get in this job. They are outsourcing employees and getting them work on pennies while they make alot of money sourcing projects from big clients in foreign cities. There is no scope of their work in India very few companies are there which do this work and those are very small companies with 20-40 employees working force , the rivals also don't give good salaries and you will be kicked out as soon as their project is done. It is the worst company and worst field you can enter in India. Save your time upskill yourself and avoid companies like this which doesn't value their employees and hinder their growth. Everything here is worst. Only 12 Leaves in year, worst work culture as if you are in school with all eyes watching on you, worst in class salary structure expect 20-25k as initial salary and all you can grow is upto 50k here they don't offer salaries more than this to people who are actually helping them fulfill their client needs , Poor appraisals or no appraisals, no hard shift allowances, no medical insurances, no reimbursement, no fixed policy, the work you will do here as engineer can be done by anyone who is in class 10th of school, all you get is a tag of RF engineer or RF design engineer ,no industry will offer you a job on the work and profile they are giving ,you cannot make a switch in any big companies from here on that tag of RF. No work culture , no fixed guidelines, No Human resources help for employees. Everyone whose work is to look after employee welfare is a puppet of management and they work in a way to demoralise and manipulate employees. No office parties or fun events, no office trips , no performance bonus and even if it is there it will be deducted from your salary only which makes no sense at all, No gifts for employees on their birthdays and all. No Indian holidays you will have to work throughout the calender year, and spend those 12 leaves they give in calender year on important festivals like Holi ,Diwali,dussehra, rakshabandhan, eid. So practically they don't offer any Sick leaves or casual leaves in a year. You will always have to take unpaid leaves getting your salary deducted. Forget about savings and luxury life you cannot meet you basic needs with the salary they offer , the living cost is very high and salary is as low as a carpenter makes in India on daily basis....Read More
