Dislikes

Company can improve its work culture by avoiding the micromanagement Also, they can make the work more flexible to employees. Can work on improving employee appraisal and promotion for better performance

Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
