We basically work at client location so teammates, training, job security, career growth, salary/appraisal, travel, learning, work environment, innovation, work life balance all depends on clients.

Software Engineer (Full stack developer), I am working for Ford client and contributing to their global product development. Technology stack: Angular, Java, SQL server, Rest API, SOA architecture , Agile, TDD.

Very bad management and culture. Simply they are not trustworthy. They never communicate properly with their clients just ramdomly giving support project for all the developers. The most funniest part is, they don't even have a web site for applying resignation. And also proper timesheet is not maintained once submitted by mistake that cannot be revert back by us, as well as management. Since it is a contract to hire kindly don't prefer if you suffer something in project they never ever comeup with good solution literally they tell like we are checking, but at the end we are forced to work in rotational shifts or some other. My career is spoiled completely, I already requested management not to cheat anyone as a request because everyone has some dream but still they recruited many and cheated them as well. They never chance we have to change. So think twice and act accordingly....Read More

Dislikes

I dislike everything nothing is good. They doesn't have any benefits for employees. And mainly leaves are very very less. And so you have to work for 16*7 or 24*7. Based on your client.
