Very good company. I worked almost 3 years in this company and I can totally say the Management and the colleagues are very supportive. Our CEO Mr. Hussain Fakruddin is a very intelligent and charming CEO. He is also very helpful and technically sound.

Dislikes

A little more skill development for each sections is required.

I am working since 2018 and I have nothing to complain. The environment is awesome and everyone is friendly. I have learnt a lot and overall its a good company in the hands of the knowledgeable mr. Hussein Fakhruddin who is the founder and ceo and my God he is just brilliant in technology and knows instant answers. I wish to be like him

They have some good resource who have more than 5 years of experience in mobile application field . It is very challenging to competition with them specially one of them (I don't like to mention his name). But he is really good in development.

The CEO hussein fakruddin is a good person. Company insfratructure is good , better for freshers/learning .

The management is wrost . They dont know how to deal with things they always need to ask to CEO for a single decision.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
