Please don't join this organization, if by means you have no other option, join here else don't even think! , people here don't understand the value of the employees who are the pillars of this organization. We got to know how this person called Prasoon was scamming the mentors pay by asking asking his juniors to reduce the pay as much as possible. I was here as an intern in mentors ops, which is one of the worst experience I have ever had.Tekie as a company failed because of people like him, no proper management, the mentors don't get proper payment on time, but these idiots demand work like we owe them cash. If you guys can, either terminate people like him or just drop the idea of running this as a company, no point in holding the payout and showing off that tekie is all good, if any founders who are looking at this review, please have a look at the internal operations, you'll get your answers....Read More

Oh God, pathetic life for mentors here in tekie. No proper pay, and we got to know how Prasoon and Mahesh from the finance dept have deduced the pay of mentors for their selfish needs. Not sure if the Co-founders Anand and Naman had told them to do so or these people are doing it on their own, but this is happening. Any descripency,no one will address this and if you resign, they'll beg us to not leave and the company is going through bad days. I don't know how Mr Vaibhav Dhomkundwar, Mujthaba wani and Mr Raveen Sastry had hopes on this organization that they have invested. People here can't even sustain the existing mentors and not only that , they find all the stupid reasons to hold your salary. They will find all the means to get free work done like preparing questions, syllabus and when asked for money, they'd simply deny it. Guys, I'm writing this as a victim of this startup(not a company yet) , please DO NOT JOIN this organization. They put up fancy numbers as the salary on internshala and in reality pay peanuts. Many wonderful senior mentors have left this place because of the toxicity.
