I am enjoying working here. Lots of learning. Sugarcrm project is great . We get flexible timing and learning Atmosphere. Even if there is any late staying due to deviation of the timings we get cab facility and dinner.

If you are a just looking to with for 9-5 job. Definitely you are not a Right fit . If you want to learn and grow you will enjoy working here

Carrier growth is slow and working pressure is high , I have to work 12 -13 hours straight in a day.Manager do not value an individual unique strengths.They don't care about your appraisal and hard work . They pressurise to work in less money for a long time and can fired anytime.

Generally speaking , my work is slightly challenging and worked on clients requirements and Developed custom requirements with base facilities.I worked here as a SugarCRM Plugins Developer till the last date.

I worked most of project of tekege and gives my best so I handles projects in java and PHP both. Works continue up to 18 hrs many time in my last 6 months (around 20-25 times). They don't provide meal to employees if work late night and other things.
