Till I was working, all was going on well. I was on Maternity Leave and was suppose to resume back in Jun, 2020. However, since projects are not available, I have been put on LWP.

Dislikes

Being a PM, what matters is a good team to deliver with quality and on time. However, recruitment process has not been very good and finding a good candidate has been difficult.

Transparency... You discuss anything with anybody regarding your project issue or if stuck somewhere in code then people will help you irrespective of your team etc.

It’s not IT company they are just mediator. If project over they will kick you out of organisation within second. They will give you one assignment and they will give u negative feedback on assignment sure. And they will kick you out on performance basis. And you will end of day like what I made mistake in assignment. Pls don’t joinTejora. I have been in Tejora 3 Months and I have seen 20+ employees left job in front of me. Total employers max is 200. Any yes one 1 more thing stay away from Rupali pagare she is HR and she is under gun of Vice President ( Hardik Patel and Amit Shaha ) honestly speaking Amit shaha is great person but Hardik is simple blunt guy.
