I joined the firm after completing my course in tally. They had consider me for the post of " Accounts Assistant " but after a period of 3 months they started giving me field delivery work, so my work got converted into filed cum accounts & there is 70% field & 30% accounts work which was not communicated to me at the time of interview, when i started getting comfortable with each work given to me ,then after a span of 4 months the MD informed me that they do not have the requirement any more for the post they had hired me. I got a shock, i asked them to give notice period but they denied, they relieved me on the same day in the evening. I had not such a bad experience in any firm i worked before....Read More
