-As a fresher, you will have learnings in the company. But a bond of 3 years which is very huge
-Timing is good like nobody would ask you to stay after 6PM.
-Medical facility is from company's end
Dislikes
-The strength of company is hardly 70-80 people and it is like a consultancy company
-There are hardly 4-5 clients with them , out of which 2 are for Support role. So, if you unable to copup with any 1 client, you are out of options and HR would immediately fire you within a day rather than putting in a different clients, as they are out of clients
-Worst technical management ever, you will always have someone on head taking updates every hour from you. Even if they give you deadline, still they would start pinching you from day1
-My personal experience was, I submitted the code to review 1 day before deadline, but the lead was not reviewing it inspite of consistent follow throughs since 3 days. 3days later, he came and start shouting on me in front of crowd telling me you are not productive for the company.
-They will put up everything on you even if they are incapable of managing you.
-Structure and layering is too bad. There will be freshers having less than 1 year experience, and then if you are joining new having 3-5 years of experience, you will have no one to guide you initially, and then there will be manager on your head. No people with 6-10 years of experience in the company
-NO JOB SECURITY, THEY CAN FIRE YOU IN A MONTH OF JOINING ALSO.
-They will judge your performance within 10 days of joining which I have never seen in any organization.
-Management is too poor, at first they will be sweet to you, and by the time they will know you are bonded with them, you will even fear of asking anything from them, as they will start shouting and scolding in front of crowd to you and say improper words as if you are a slave to them making you feel embarassed.
-There was partiality of North and South over there. If you don;t know Telugu they would not even entertain you
-There is a NP of 3 months, so if you are feeling stressed, you are out of options because nobody would hire you with a 3 months NP
-Technical management is very bad infact worst in the era
-They will not explain you things 2nd time if you are unable to understand it in 1st time.
-Culture is very bad as there is no fun and activities in office. It is just work
-In front of my own eyes within joining of 15 days, they asked 4-5 people to leave without even giving them notice, and then told me "Your salary is too high for us, so we need to leave you immediately". Why did you even hire in the first place with that salary if you dont have budget?
-There is no 2nd chance, if you do mistake or delay, they would ask you to leave immediately without even giving you notice.
-I have seen hardly couple of people in Tectoro staying there for more than 1 year, so there should surely be the reason for people either leaving the company or company to fire them.
-How can you judge a newly join person within 10 days on the basis of his performance?
-Lack of projects, so no scope of growth.
I have felt and posted honest review for the company. I would surely not recommend to risk your career and Job security by joining Tectoro as they might ask you to leave without notice any time....Read More

We would be glad to share our books of accounts to confirm that salaries are always paid either on the last Business Day or the Calendar Day of the month but never ever delayed since incorporation of the company.
We strictly follow modern work culture with WFH & Hybrid Work model only, but in exceptional cases based on the project deliverables the team might be requested for WFO by following Covid Protocols.
Our Leadership & Management Team have professional experience & expertise of over 150+ man years & their approach of Project Delivery would definitely be tiresome to those who haven't followed ISO & CMM standards during their previous assignments.
Our HR Team shall definitely honor all they commitments made in offer letter but shall not take any responsibility for assumptions. So if the location allowances & bonuses are mentioned in offer letter we shall definitely provide them along with 3rd month salary post the probation period.
We have a leave policy with a combination of Paid Leaves & Casual Leaves accounting to 24 per annum apart from 15 Public Holidays.
