I was disappointed with the lack of communication from management regarding the company's decision-making processes. I believe that more transparency would have helped to alleviate some of the concerns that employees had about the company's future."

There is job security as this is a IT consulting company. So It have multiple IT companies to on board you. If you are not doing good at one company Tectoro will take you back from that company and will train you and on board to another client company.

Dislikes

There is no carrier growth and as a fresher you join and you join as Java Developer or any Developer. They can on board you to their clients company and in that you might be work as QC resources or Testing resource.
