For Freshers company has best practice to make them learn and develop quickly with a lot of support and project experience immediately. Good Salary and Have 1 or 2 Events monthly

Experience in Tech wave is very bad and Covid they force Engineering and IT Admin team to come to office, Management message might be different but HR Voice and Team leads are fighting with employees forcing them to work from office ...........COVID impact is huge but they donot care about it No Job Security as TW is loosing the projects and Layoffs are keep happening without any information, they decide only people who are not very close to PM or HR or relative of Management, HR has no idea how to other than listening tower heads as they are the key members to choose people irrespective of the hardwork or experience and Managment is only concerned about saving $$ no revenue TW is good to kill ducks laying golden eggs and pamper only drakes so Tower heads support boot lickers HR has never see the employee work in the past and kick them out of the door ----...Read More

SAP Team- One of the worst EBS team in TW, Our tower head do interviews(ofcourse check his recommended candidates salaries and they do not know basics -LOL) He does the intervies,meetings,requirements,work keeping monkeys around him and his racism friend who is sales head will support only people who serves them in all teh aspects (Dropping,giving perfumes check his table and getting toys for his son) if you are friend of Tower head then you get good package to rule the freshers since no projects to execute and have no idea to run other than showing false information to Management Appraisal- Do no expect Job security - be a boot licker or dont expect Project - no projects as of now all our team is fighting to complete an internal poc kind of project which is driven by two PM with Fake PMP certificate Management- Except CEO Bro's all other are just for a sake of eating their money, no strategies, just showcase their future leads as a excuse in quarterly meetings (sales head directly tells to the employees in his cabin) Package- above 25lacks for boot lickers ask EBS tower head and people with more than 35 lacks from 5 years boasting they are good in SAP HANA,Block chain but knows nothing waste of money and resources so dont expect much until you are know person or mumbaikar Future- you can decide yourself...Read More
