there is a long list for that. max to max 6 % hike in 1.5 to 1.8 year time period. salary will come at the end of next month near 25 -26 ( before 15 no need to expect). Management won't listen and make you adaptable for their exploited environment. Fire you anytime without any warning or else. notice period is of 3 months in which they hold the salary of 1st and 3rd month and full & final will come in after 60/90 days or your last working day and in installment or basic salary and when ask to management they wont listen at all. No product culture. Bureaucratic top and middle management, lot of mind games on the resource by top management directly and through middle management, to achieve nothing, but to demotivate and extract as much as they can on both the sides. No trust on employees (if resource is not replying to messages or attending calls for 15 min, management will ask HR or line manager to discuss and update, this discussion may go for 1hr. Trying to use this as a negative factor through out the tenure with them). Making experienced new comers to train juniors on low budgets and sendoff when maximum extraction is done. No appraisal and intention to pay variable at all, for several months after due date, until either the resource leaves or they sendoff, this is the case also for employees hopelessly with them for long term. If they want to relieve an employee for their needs, hr will call at 6:00 pm to inform it as the last working day as a surprise, and notice pay will not be given as per papers signed to give it as resignation, if settlement asked as per agreement, then they threaten to put remark as termination.
