You can learn lot of new things with in short period of time.

Dislikes

Very bad work environment . Lots of exceptions from freshers . No any work policy is followed ,polices are keep changing according to management needs. No salary on time. No job security at all ,they can throw you off according to their requirements. Lots of internal politics. No work life balance .

Provides Learning experience Provides platform for new beginners in the industry.

Dislikes

Not very considerate of Employees genuine emergency conditions. Also very delayed response from HR after leaving company with regards to settlement of FNF. There are many of us whose settlement are pend Since 1 and half year now.

The management is full of shit They dont appreciate the work you do for them. Appraisal and salaries are not done on time, every month salary used to come after 10th.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
