First of all no work life balance employes have to work extra hours without getting paid anything extra salary is given 10 to 15 days late every month manager is very rude

there is a long list for that. max to max 6 % hike in 1.5 to 1.8 year time period. salary will come at the end of next month near 25 -26 ( before 15 no need to expect). Management won't listen and make you adaptable for their exploited environment. Fire you anytime without any warning or else. notice period is of 3 months in which they hold the salary of 1st and 3rd month and full & final will come in after 60/90 days or your last working day and in installment or basic salary and when ask to management they wont listen at all. Extremely cost cutting company for fundoo friday/parties/or any other activity. kindly join at your own risk .These points are genuine and legit no need to be think as exaggerated ones.

They just Terminate or ask for forcefully resignation, doesn't matter you are petmanent or on probation If you ask for salary update. As no fix date for salary 10-30 any date. No job security. Poor management. PF deducted from salary but not deposited in your EPF account. basically they're doing fraud.

Only given salary on Time. No value of Java Developer except designer. HR and operation is not on same page Not job security for 2 to 7 yr experience.

The management is full of shit They dont appreciate the work you do for them. Appraisal and salaries are not done on time, every month salary used to come after 10th.
