1) Generic Increment between 7-10%. 2) No transportation facilities provided by company for people coming from distance. 3) Canteen services are poor, average food quality and taste, no healty options or variety of food. 4) Less fun activities, team building activities.

No medical leaves. Have to use privilege leaves every time. All 21 Privilege leaves are not given at once. Only 1.67 days per month is credited every month. Extremely Low salary as compared to market standards. Work from home is possible still they don’t allow. No travel expenses given. No leaves given for elections or any day wherethe government has instructed to give paid leave. Rest all companies give paid leaves. Some politics within different teams. I joined technosoft as a GET First month was classroom training course and in that every project manger thought us in most possible practical way. Gained insane knowledge and understood how really design of product happens. After this OJT is there which last depending upon candidate performance. After six months New role "Design Engineer" is assigned.

only one thing which i didn't liked is team allocation after classroom training.

I would recommend this company for fresher and experienced ones. Flexible timings and good work culture. Leaders are helpful and understanding and so as the team. I enjoy working here and happy to work on multiple projects.

Happy to work here since 4 years. Work environment is very good. Team members are very supportive and helpful. Leaders and Manager are good and ensure that your work and efforts are recognised. This is the best first job you could ask for. Clam and good environment, no politics, everyone works as a team. Saturdays and sundays are off And you do get a comp of which you can use any day if you worked a certain Saturday

There are a few dislikes 1. Expect average or bellow average salary 2. They update the workspace quite often so your place continuously changes which could be a good thing for some people. 3.
