In Techno Canada one can learn many thing and can boost their technical knowledge. It's basically a training launch pad to jump to another company. And the company doesn't have any concept of retaining good people who are working so they keep paying less salary even if you work great. So people learn here and fly elsewhere.

They don't have any appraisal programs to motivate employees who are giving excellent results.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
