They will call you for estimation and design job and give yousome hike. But they will force you to work 14 to 16 hours regularly and even many days for full day and night. They will give lot of work and unnecessary pressure and make you to resign within 3 to 4 months. Because of him (Jitender) every year minimum 5 to 8 employees reliving from the company. This bloody north indian nonsense fellow (Jitender) lives in chennai with his family to spoiling lot of tamilnadu engineers. Please don't believe them and spoil your career.
