The company seems to believe that negativity stems from employees, failing to see that their own actions contribute to a toxic environment while instructing others not to spread negativity. Additionally, there are moves within management aimed at dismantling Team X. Employees are categorized into groups A, B, C, and D, E, F,..., Z with decisions made based on personal interests rather than the team's well-being. The management appears to create situations that pressure employees into resigning, seemingly taking pleasure in the aftermath of those decisions.
