I’m pleased to report that I haven’t encountered any significant drawbacks. The work environment is supportive and collaborative, with clear communication and well-defined goals. They build very complex products and the platforms they build see millions of daily transactions. So for engineers its a great place to learn technically and rub shoulders with the best of breed. They place lot of emphasis on you owning up your piece of work and if you dont own it well - they will talk about it. The best thing about TechMojo is company they help the employee in Skill development and learning new technologies, company doesn't have firing policies, where all the other companies were firing their staff Techmojo protected the employees post Covid firing, Job security is good. Techmojo is a good place to work.

Leave policy is very bad. working from office is mandatory. very inflexible in leaves or work hours. Unpaid weekend hours or overtime. Parking is paid. Health insurance is deducted from salary.
