The colleagues are very good here. Teamwork was there.

Dislikes

Offers Letter are given after 3 Months of joining. Many employees were fired without a notice period (not me though). The owner is too much ego and doesn't listen to the Managers for advice or suggestion regarding the growth, development and welfare of the employees. They were playing hire-and-fire game. Salary: They gave the salary on 16th for June, 21st for July and its when we got salary for August on 24th that we were compelled to leave the company. Not worth even if you get $10k your salary could be put on hold and the though of it will hound you so you can't work freely.
