Only office timming is good

There is no job security and no opportunity for growth. Whole year they don't say anything about the performance but at the time of increment they said you perfomance is not good so we will not able to give you the increment and sometimes they said currently our financial were not good so we can't gave raise. Lot of politics, management is not good.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

I have generally had a positive experience, but there are a few areas that could be improved. Occasionally, there are slight delays in salary payments by 2-3 days, the appraisal period sometimes gets extended by 1-2 months, and there are fewer fun activities and company trips than I would prefer.
