1. No respect for employees by CEO. 2. Your computer screen is always under CCTV surveillance so no faith in employees. 3. Not paying Gratuity payment. I filed a case in Labour Commissioner Court Mohali, PB. and next hear is as on 31/01/2024. 4. Senior Salaries are always late even your Company is earning too good. 5. To bad politics by CEO. CEO always use HR or VP shoulder to target employees so he remain good in employees eyes. CEO always say...come to me for any concern but never give you honest opinion. Management, founder, HR controlling everything terribly. Any time they fired people and keep changing policy. Not giving salary and even after commiting not Increasing.

Only office timming is good

Dislikes

There is no job security and no opportunity for growth. Whole year they don't say anything about the performance but at the time of increment they said you perfomance is not good so we will not able to give you the increment and sometimes they said currently our financial were not good so we can't gave raise. Lot of politics, management is not good.

Great environment and great culture. Great company for someone starting their career.

Overall everything is great but would love to get more opportunities in new frameworks
