Just to start off with, our business is not the type in which the WFH model can be implemented. However Tech Mahindra made sure that no one is affected due to the COVID-19 outbreak hence they actually came up with ways to make WFH possible and actually implemented it. Now this is definitely not the same with other branches of tech m. This is specifically for yerwada commerzone tech m. You will get to learn a lot, it is a difficult role with too many kpi's to manage but it is good money if you learn and deliver.

You will no longer have a personal life. If you try to have one it will impact your work. You will never stop thinking about work and that is disturbing.
