Best thing I was offered here was a hike on my previous salary. The training period was boring and rules were very strict in training itself where colleagues are lectured for exceeding their break by even ONE Second, I am not exaggerating. You get used to be on time later on. Hitting the floor, in your MO phase, you will start seeing the politics and favouritism by Management. This company is best for girls if you are looking for a job, this is the place. For guys, please do not bother to work here as most of the department have men as their Managers and there is a lot of favouritism and partiality for girls who are less qualified than you. Your efforts, time management, attendance are never looked upon if you're a guy and they expect you to come at any cost even if the city is flooded. I guess I was unlucky to join this particular department where the Management and HR are villains....Read More

5 months down I'm looking for a new job, mostly because of the shift timings and work offs. The WFM team doesn't bother to look at your current roster and arrange shift of offs if you are in rotational shifts, your life will keep changing every week as per shift. Sometimes you will have to work continuously 8 days straight to get a week off, nobody is co-operative to swap the shift when in need as you may have to call them and beg for a swap<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Facilities are not good comparatively, as I got a hike on my salary things in this company started getting expensive (cafeteria)</mark>. You will have to earn your incentives twice - once during your BAU and then try to save it from lapsing due to the impossible parameters set by company and management. I've lost around 4-5k in my incentives for not meeting my parameters by just couple of seconds. Growth seems to be an impossible option as they consider your tenure in the company and not quality of work one is giving, by tenure I mean it takes 4-5 years of experience on the same chair to move to the higher chair. Our AM is in the same position since 7 years. 7 YEARS OF ONE'S LIFE FOR A CARROT. I'm planning to quit this company at the earliest hence I dropped by Naukri to search for new jobs...Read More
