Salary is too low as compared to Current market everyone is crying, from top to bottom designation. No promotion, it's depends upon manager why manager promote a employee who is doing there job, if they promote you, your work is going to change and they don't want this. They need to focus on promotion. And salary

Appraisals are very disappointing, and appraisals do not even happen (eg:- 2022 & 2024 no appraisals at all) and when asked to HR, even HR does not have any clue and questions are ignored.

You might be sceptical seeing my overall stars.. Initially when I joined techm I was not really happy but as time passes you know your job and has a Target it mind techm is the right place. Facilities is good, environment is good. Do remember u need a apply a universal law here and in every corporate if you are good to others and know your process no one can demean you...

The HR team is not that good or knowledgeable but that doesn't mean work will not be done.... My personal experience I have encountered scenarios where HR team is either clueless or they will never resolve your concern. But there is always online guides available.
