This company last four months Chennai location only one Filed engineer support. Per day 7 to 10 call Atten to engineer requirement. not proper responsibility this manager and incident manager also I will support per day maximum 6 call Aten. they manager question in per day 6 call only i am not accept in call over time duty in office. this ,manager strictly call Aten 10 call only remark in engineer is not working complaint for Team computer manger. Our side support for all manager. Engineer side not support in team but salary date 1 or 2 credit this company so many people came to Engineer heavy work for field support still Engineer one or two days relive in company and very strictly call per day 7 call. one day maximum four call and five call Aten to Engineer still not working properly to question for purpose....Read More

They don't know how to run projects

They hire people and make them stuck between client and them. Clients doesn't even recognise who they are , very pathetic experience I had, I had to reverse even my salary just because I didn't go to client side and client doesn't recognise me.

Its a very bad culture over client side treatment to engineers are bad no workilife balanced you can't complain to anyone about your issues there will be no one to listen. Will put pressure for thing rather than work subjects.

Strict timings, poor managers and management. They do not have projects, but still keep on hiring people at pennies and expect employees to stay in office for complete 9 hrs. They won’t let you do anything personal since you do not have any project so you might wish to spend your time in skill development, they won’t allow you to dothat.
