HR will never answer your calls and will always give you false hope of salary increment and when you ask it over a mail they will escalate stating why did you mailed our conversation "mere zabaan ka koi bharosa karo" For two months when before I left the company I had a offer from another company with higher package. Team computers HR and their regional head promised me they'll match the salary so I stayed back and for 2 months I was been mailing the HR and the regional head and there was no response nor salary increment. They don’t give fnf, you have to threaten them giving legal support mails then they will give you. No support, highly toxic culture, if your are good than your senior then your job is gone!
