First and foremost Teachers Service Kenya has created room for career growth among teachers. Teachers are allowed to go for further studies as long as one merits. It is also important to mention that Teachers service Kenya always organizes workshops for teachers to acquire new knowledge on new developments like new curriculum among others. Dislikes

Many TSC teachers of Kenya work very hard and majority of them are concerned with the quality of performance. however, I have always had a problem with salary which I feel is not commensurate. Parent too have been seen to mounting pressure to teachers. This has not gone well with some teachers who cannot handle pressure well.

Work Details

My work generally is to teach students. My duty starts at 8.00 am and ends at 4:00 pm. Am required to prepare all my documents early enough so that I don't get inconvenient during lesson delivery. Am required to strictly follow the syllabus
