Tiaa has 2 leadership , one frm US (provides work) and one frm India (people lead). Indian Leads are worst as they dont value the work you do. Worst strategy by Indian leads to fetch the work from US. Collegues specially from cybersecurity are insecure, they would defame others for promotions and steal a credit of your work and presnt to managers (you wont get to know). The culture is really bad. Employees are ill treated Senior management is always looking for scape goats Your voice is never heard and if you happen to share a negative feedback it is held against you Senior leaders are just incapable of managing pressure
