Emphasis on work life balance. Company culture is very good. It is easy to reach to higher management in case of any issues. Good facilities are provided by company for it's employees

Need more transparency.

TIAA has a really flexible environment. Senior management does understand your problems and do lead us for solutions. It's a very promising and fast growing organization.

Dislikes

The Shift timing are 1 to 10pm for most of the employees which is not really good. Even being into IT side of finance department you have to take shift as US shift people wants to talk to you

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
