Job security - no job security Work culture - worst Management - highly bias and morally degraded Company policy - most of the employees are contractual so company policy benifit are not applicable in that case.

Dislikes

Most of the employee in TCS ion are contractual. Huge discrimination among permanent and contractual employees. Management/senior do not behave appropriately with their juniors. If you want to stay here, you have to forget your self respect and self esteem. Increment is totally depending on personal rapo between individuals and seniors/supervisor/management . It is not performance based.
