I have enjoyed the work and work pressure taking it as a challenge and not as a problem. However in Govt, certain procedural guidelines are bottlenecks which can be compensated by advance planning

On the negative side, it has become a purely contract management company, outsourcing almost all the projects to backend vendor / partner. As a result there is no motivation for employees to keep themselves updated on the latest technologies. Secondly, the office procedures are still relying on the 'paper based file' system.
