No work-life balance Salary is not good Unfair practices at workplace Bias towards bengalis and non-bengalis are not treated properly Meetings in bengali There are no working projects. All. F Too much politics — the hard working person will never get an increment(or maybe marginal increment₹, and the boss’s favourite gets 30% hike

Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
